Pangeam: Transforming Office Space with Computer Vision
Challenge: Pangeam needed a way to accurately track office space utilization across hundreds of cameras to inform their real estate decisions. Manual monitoring was time-consuming and error-prone.
Solution:
We built a computer vision system that could detect people's locations from individual camera feeds. Key aspects included:
Custom neural network for single-view person detection
Installation of cameras, servers onsite, and cloud infrastructure
Cloud infrastructure for real-time data processing
Processed streaming data from 100+ cameras simultaneously
Impact: Our computer vision solution enabled Pangeam to make data-driven decisions about their office spaces. By optimizing their real estate footprint, they saved millions in costs while ensuring their spaces were tailored to actual usage patterns.
Freedom Robotics: Fleet Management for Factory Automation
Challenge: Managing thousands of mobile robots in large-scale factory environments like Toyota or BMW factories was becoming increasingly complex. Battery failures, downtime, and intersection management created bottlenecks that required a scalable, reliable solution.
Solution:
We built a fleet management system that handled:
Backend systems for managing 1000+ robots across factories
Data pipelines for gathering and processing real-time robot data with integration to dozens of brands of robots (with different protocols and APIs)
Dashboards to visualize robot performance and automate decision making
Automated systems to manage intersections, reduce downtime, and handle failure scenarios
We implemented robust testing, failbacks, and rollback mechanisms to ensure 24/7 system uptime. Our team provided round-the-clock support, ensuring mission-critical reliability in high-stakes manufacturing environments.
Impact: The fleet management system allowed clients like Toyota and BMW to drastically reduce robot downtime and manage complex factory operations efficiently. Automated decision-making improved intersection handling, reducing bottlenecks and ensuring continuous operation. The project evolved into a full data platform that enabled automated alerts, reporting, and management of critical factory systems.
TFI: Empowering a Physical Therapy Clinic with Data
Challenge: The Fit Institute, a physical therapy practice, was drowning in EMR data and lacked insight into key performance metrics.
Solution:
We built an automated data pipeline that gathered data from our EMR system and integrated it into a custom dashboard. Key features included:
HIPAA-compliant data integration and cleaning
Custom dashboard creation with key metrics
Revenue prediction modeling based on CPT codes and insurance providers
Impact: Our work automated a full day's worth of manual reporting tasks for TFI's staff each week. Therapists gained visibility into patient compliance, allowing them to proactively intervene. Management could track performance in real-time to inform strategic decisions.
Bonfire: AI-Driven Intelligence for Account-Based Marketing
Challenge: Sales team's at several F500 customers needed a way to quickly identify key opportunities and craft targeted account plans.

Impact: Our AI assistant enabled Bonfire's client, a recruiting firm, to rapidly identify and act on opportunities arising from company restructuring events. By being first to engage, they significantly increased their deal flow and conversion rates.
Unity: Pioneering Physics-Based Simulations for Robotic Systems
Challenge: Unity's clients needed a way to thoroughly test their robotic systems before real-world deployment.
Solution:
We built physics-based simulation environments in Unity:
Realistic sensor and environment simulation using Unity's physics engine
High-fidelity 3D rendering for accurate visual representation
Supported testing for a wide range of mobile robots used in logistics and manufacturing
Impact: Our simulation platform enabled mobile robot vendors to test and validate their designs virtually. By catching issues early, they saved millions in hardware costs and achieved significantly faster time-to-market. One client reported a 70% reduction in physical prototyping costs.
